Do I have to work out in a gym?
Yes, this is one of the key commitments you need to make. Lifting weights is an imperative part of this program. The truth is, home gyms are not only less functional but they are too ‘convenient’. Going to a gym makes you intentional and accountable.
What if I have never been in a gym?
No problem at all. Cut The Gut assumes you’re starting at a blank. The induction videos, pictures and manual takes you from a place of zero knowledge to sprouting confidence. If you can watch a video and follow directions, you can do this program.
I don’t have a lot of time. Will this be a problem?
No. Ambitious, motivated blokes rarely have much time. I personally spend a grand total of 4 hours in the gym per week. As long as ‘no time’ is not being used as an excuse for being lazy, you’ll make it work.
Can I work at my own pace?
Yes, that’s the beauty of the coaching material being delivered by video. Whether you find it easier to learn late at night or early morning, weekday or weekend, it doesn’t matter. As long as you commit to getting the week’s content covered.
